Jeff's very demeanor allows him to communicate with horses in such a unique way. It's hard to put into words. They just seem to understand him. Horses understand "fairness" and Jeff gives as much respect to the horses as they give to him. The combination is exciting to watch with results I've never seen before. Jeff is the only horse trainer that I can honestly say that I respect.
